Meeting Space Floorplan Photos

As of July 20th, 2011 – Studio C is configured to allow for multi-purpose use of the room as you can see from the photos in this album.

 
The primary use of the room over the past 2 years has been on average meetings for 10 to 15 people. At the same time, there are ample meetings of just 3 to 4 people at a time.   And, finally, meetings of 1 on 1 with counselors and their clients.

Studio C is now set up to easily accommodate these types of meetings without doing a lot of reset to the room.

With that said, the room is still easily configured for larger meetings with the variety of configurations showcased on other pages of this site. All the furniture in the room is highly portable and can be changed quite easily with a minimum of effort and elbow grease!

Please note that this room, though configured for multi-purpose use, is not intended for more than 1 group to be using it at any given time.   Studio C remains a space where you can meet with your group without distraction from other groups in the same space.  1 reservation at a time.
