Nonprofit Special Use 501c3

If your organization is a Nonprofit 501c3, you may qualify to use Studio C at reduced rates. We are currently offering 501c3 organizations the opportunity to use Studio C at the rate of $15.00 per hour with a $25.00 cleaning fee added on for every 4 hours of use.

Minimum usage is 4 hours.

4 Hour Rental = $60.00 + $25.00 cleaning fee

6 Hour Rental = $90.00 + $25.00 cleaning fee

8 Hour Rental = $120.00 + $50 cleaning fee

To receive these rates, please fax proof of 501c3 status to 888-262-0480. Once received, you will be directed to a hidden page where you can pay for the rental with a credit card. If you prefer to pay with a check, you can mail your check to Studio C at 13256 NE 20th Street #7, Bellevue WA 98005.

If you are bringing in food during your rental of Studio C, there is an additional damage deposit required of $100.00 which is refunded to you after the event as long as there is no damage to the carpet from spills or food.
